Tracker System

Welcome to Haste's Bike To School Week Campaign Tracker.

With this tool, you can record and calculate your school's participation during Bike to School Week. The Campaign Tracker will help you record your school, class or team's results. It will calculate how many kilometers you've biked and how much you've reduced your Green House Gas emissions by.

Use this tool in combination with the Classroom / Team Sign-Up Sheet. Download and print this form, and use it to track class or team participation during Bike to School Week. The sheet records important baseline information, like who is participating and how they usually get to school. During Bike to School Week, students can mark the days they rode - or teachers/team leaders can do a quick hands-up-hands-down survey each morning and enter a total. At the end of the week, enter the totals from the sheet into the Campaign Tracker to see your class or team's results.

Using the Campaign Tracker is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. The controls for the Campaign Tracker tool can be found in the green menu on the left side of this page (Can't see it? Log in using the blue box on the left hand side of the page). Under Create you can set up your Classroom or Team. Create as many classes or teams as you wish - you'll be able to add and edit information and see reports for each one.

2. At the end of Bike to School Week, again in the Create menu, use Data Entry to enter the information from each classroom sign-up sheet. Fill out all of the mandatory parts of the form (marked with a red *) and as many optional fields as you can. At the bottom, enter how students usually get to school under Information. Enter how many students biked on each day under Day to day Information.

3. Once you've added your class or team's information, you can View or Edit it, or slip straight to the results. Under Reports, you can see results for a given class, team, whole school or event. If you want more detailed information, you can find it under View for each class or team.
